Refunds & Cancellations

How cancellation and refund requests are handled for WRYT service engagements.

Last updated:

1. Project-based services

Most WRYT engagements involve custom work. Project scope, milestone payments, revision limits, cancellations and any refund eligibility are specified in the accepted proposal or service agreement. Website enquiries or discovery conversations do not themselves create a paid contract.

2. Before work begins

If a client requests cancellation before commencement, treatment of any advance payment, committed resource reservations and third-party costs will be determined by the accepted agreement and applicable law.

3. Once work has started

If a client requests cancellation after work begins, we will review completed work, approved milestones, resources committed, non-refundable third-party charges and applicable contractual terms. Any amount due or refundable will be communicated in writing.

4. Retainers and managed services

Monthly support, creative or operations subscriptions may have notice periods, minimum commitments and billing dates stated in their respective agreements. Unless required by law or expressly promised in writing, unused portions are not automatically eligible for a refund.

5. Third-party expenses

Domain names, hosting, software subscriptions, platform fees, advertising, talent fees, media costs, filing charges and other approved third-party expenses may be governed by those providers' rules and may be non-refundable.

6. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email support@thinkwryt.com with your business name, project reference, reason for the request and relevant invoices. We will acknowledge and review the request in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights or remedies available under applicable law. In the event of conflict, applicable law and the signed agreement govern as appropriate.
