FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How we work, what we build, and how to get started.
What exactly does WRYT do?
We're a full-stack business enablement partner. We work across automation and CRM, websites and digital products, branding and design, collaborations and PR, compliance coordination and finance operations.
Are you only for startups?
No. We support founders, local and service SMEs, creator-led businesses, professional services firms, ecommerce brands and growing teams.
Can I hire you for just one service?
Yes. Each studio can be scoped independently. We recommend connected solutions where doing so offers practical value.
Do I need a CRM before automating WhatsApp?
Not always. We'll assess your current process and recommend whether you need a CRM, an integration or a lighter first step.
Do you build websites only, or manage them after launch?
We can build a site and, where agreed, provide maintenance, content updates, analytics and optimisation as an ongoing service.
Can you help if I already have a website or systems?
Yes. We can review what exists and identify practical improvements, integrations or replacement needs.
Do you offer custom AI agents?
We scope focused AI-assisted solutions using approved information, testing, access controls and human escalation where appropriate.
Can WRYT handle legal and accounting work?
We coordinate documentation, operations and specialist engagement. Work requiring licensed legal, tax, audit or other regulated professional authority is handled by appropriately authorised professionals under a defined scope.
Do you guarantee leads, revenue or press coverage?
No. We agree on measurable goals and deliverables, but results depend on factors beyond our control. Editorial and third-party platform decisions are not guaranteed.
How much does a project cost?
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, integrations, third-party costs and support needs. We'll discuss requirements and provide a proposal before work begins.
How long will my project take?
We'll define a timeline after understanding the scope, content, approvals and dependencies.
Who owns the final work?
Ownership, licensing, handover and third-party asset terms are set out in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
How do we start?
Tell us your goal or challenge. We'll recommend a sensible next step, such as a discovery call, diagnostic or scoped proposal.
